Return and cancellation policies

Return policies for EOTCenter and its affiliated brands:

Money is returned in the following cases:

1- If the material is incomplete and it is not clear that the material is under construction.

2- If the sound or image is distorted to the point where the idea does not reach.

3- If there is a clear offer that the amount will be refunded within a certain period of time (money-back guarantee).

4- The money is returned in the event that an amount greater than the amount agreed upon in the advertisement was deducted.
5- Any additional amount over the amounts mentioned in the advertisements will be returned according to the available offers and discounts.

The company is not responsible for not reading the details of the courses being purchased and for the inappropriateness of the course for the person who purchased it

سياسات الإلغاء والإرجاع في EOTCenter والعلامات التابعة لها

يتم إرجاع المال في الحالات التالية:

1- في حال كانت المادة ناقصة ولم يتم توضيح أن المادة قيد الإنشاء.

2- في حال كان الصوت أو الصورة مشوهة لدرجة عدم وصول الفكرة.
3- في حال كان هناك عرض واضح أن المبلغ يتم استرداده خلال مدة زمنية معينة ( ضمان استرداد الأموال ).

4- يتم إرجاع المال في حال تم اقتطاع مبلغ أكبر من المبلغ المتفق عليه في الإعلان.
5- يتم إرجاع أي مبلغ اضافي عن المبالغ الواردة في الإعلانات وحسب العروض والخصومات المتاحة.

الشركة غير مسؤولة عن عدم قراءة تفاصيل الدورات التي يتم شراؤها وعدم مناسبة الدورة للشخص الذي قام بشراءها
